ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As a Customer Service Representative with Sally Wolff State Farm Agency, you will generate the kind of exceptional customer experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance agency. Your attention to detail, customer service skills, and desire to help people make you a fit. You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with other agency team members, and anticipating the needs of the community members you support.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Process payments and answer questions regarding billing.
- Assist customers with policy changes and updates on Auto & Fire Insurance Policies.
- Answer customer inquiries and provide policy information.
- Submit claims and follow up with customers.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
- Review insurance policies with customers.
- Look for needs-based services to help customers.
- Work with our team to meet monthly goals
- Communicate with our service and underwriting partners at State Farm
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Must be able to obtain MN State Property & Casualty Insurance License.
- Communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to type on computer.
- Goal-oriented
- Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
- Previous customer service experience preferred.
Compensation: $40,000.00 - $48,000.00 per year
