ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As a Customer Service Representative with Sally Wolff State Farm Agency, you will generate the kind of exceptional customer experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance agency. Your attention to detail, customer service skills, and desire to help people make you a fit. You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with other agency team members, and anticipating the needs of the community members you support.

- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person.
- Assist clients with understanding their insurance policies, coverage options, and billing questions.
- Support the claims process by gathering necessary information and guiding customers through procedures.
- Maintain accurate and detailed client records in the agency management system.
- Collaborate with agents and team members to resolve customer issues and provide timely solutions.
- Schedule appointments and follow up with clients as needed.
- Identify opportunities to cross-sell or upsell additional insurance products.
- Uphold company policies, procedures, and compliance standards.
- Contribute to a positive and welcoming office environment.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications in insurance or customer service is a plus.
- Previous customer service experience.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency with computers and familiarity with agency management software.
- Friendly and empathetic demeanor with a genuine desire to help customers.
- Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Must be able to obtain MN Property & Casualty Insurance License
Compensation: $38,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
