REQUIREMENTS:
- Must be able to obtain Minnesota State Property & Casualty Insurance License and Life & Health License within 90 days of hire. (Licensing and Training is paid by employer)
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service. Service can include responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, claim submissions, and billing clarification.
- Develop leads, schedule & hold appointments, identify customer needs and market appropriate products and services.
- Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed.
- Oversee the resolution of complex customer issue
Compensation: $38,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
