ROLE DESCRIPTION:

As a Customer Service Representative with Sally Wolff Insurance Agency, you will generate the kind of exceptional customer experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance agency. Your attention to detail, customer service skills, and desire to help people make you a fit. You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with other agency team members, and anticipating the needs of the community members you support.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Answer customer inquiries and provide policy information.
Assist customers with policy changes and updates.
Process insurance claims and follow up with customers.
Have meaningful needs-based conversations with customers and prospects
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions
Participate in Team Meetings and Community Events

QUALIFICATIONS:

Communication and interpersonal skills.
Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
Previous customer service experience preferred.
Must have or be able to obtain MN Property & Casualty Insurance License
